HYROX TRAINING

Are you ready to take on the ultimate fitness challenge? Our HYROX Bootcamps are a comprehensive training designed to prepare you for the intense and exhilarating Hyrox Race. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to the world of fitness, our coaches are here to guide you every step of the way.

 

What is hyrox?

HYROX is a unique and exciting fitness event that combines functional exercises and endurance challenges. Participants tackle a series of eight different workout stations, each representing a specific functional movement, followed by a 1-kilometer run. From rowing to sled pushes, burpees to wall balls, the HYROX Race tests your strength, agility, and stamina like no other race out there.

HYROX FOUNDATIONAL

MONDAYS - 0700 | 0800 | 1230 | 1730 | 1830 | 1930

The interval-based format of this format allows for athletes of all skill levels to train side by side in the same program. includes elements of strength and power, muscular endurance, aerobic and lactic threshold, skills, and agility. As such, it aims to create a well-rounded, balanced fitness regime. In essence, the HYROX365 FOUNDATIONAL Group Class Training ensures every participant gains a comprehensive workout regimen that addresses every aspect of physical health and fitness, covering the basics and beyond.

HYROX ENGINE

WEDNESDAYS - 0700 | 0800 | 1230 | 1730 | 1830 | 1930

Focus is on developing endurance in a variety of manners, ranging from aerobic capacity to lactate threshold to muscular endurance and stamina to speed. Athletes will become faster runners, increase their work rate, and improve their ability on machines. It includes a greater number of repetitions and increased distances on specific machines, challenging your muscles in unique ways. This can lead to improved muscular strength, enhanced cardiovascular resilience, and overall increased performance in a range of physical activities. The program also integrates Functional Threshold Power (FTP) training, aerobic endurance exercises, and compromised running along with speed drills.

HYROX POWER

FRIDAYS - 0700 | 0800 | 1230 | 1730 | 1830

The HYROX POWER training is a comprehensive and complete workout that focuses specifically on developing strength in all forms possible. It's centered more on traditional strength training rather than skills and aerobic fitness. The program includes a variety of workout formats such as AMRAPS (As Many Reps As Possible), Strength intervals, EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), Partner Workouts, 'You Go I Go' sessions, and volume training. HYROX365 POWER Group Class Training is a program that caters to every aspect of strength.

OPEN GYM

You must book “Open Gym + HYROX Open Gym” sessions.

Your own training in your own time. As part of the open gym you can use our HYROX equipment as long as it is not being used as part of our classes.

Ski-Ergs, Sleds, Rowers, Kettle Bells, Sandbags, Wall Balls and Treadmills. We have everything you need to fully prepare for the HYROX race. How do we know? We already have a number of HYROX athletes training with our space!

Equipment such as sleds will be used by classes and will take priority over open gym. We advise you train outside of class hours.

ROAD TO HYROX

 

We've crafted the ultimate preparation experience for the HYROX race. Our comprehensive program includes bootcamps, designated training spaces, community gatherings, and simulated races. Participation doesn't require membership; we offer drop-in options for all our Road to HYROX activities and events. Plus, our monthly members enjoy complimentary access to the entire Road to HYROX program.
