We are inspired and driven by the key fundamentals we learnt from training within the military. It is important to maintain fitness at all levels, not just to focus on one aspect. Strength, Cardio, Mobility, Recovery are all important factors you should introduce to your fitness routine.

Military Bootcamps
Inspired by our experience of elite military fitness training our bootcamps bring you the ultimate full body functional workout. We have three different types of sessions that target your Strength, Cardio and your Endurance.
Strength & Conditioning
Our S&C classes is designed to help you to build up your body’s foundations. It’s all about giving you the tools to develop your muscles and enhance your strength.
Trampoline Lessons
Fitness can take many forms, not just lifting weights or going running. Learn a new skill and develop your fitness together with our trampoline lessons. Not only do we have the most experienced coaches in Singapore but we also have one of the best facilities too!
Stretch & Recovery; Pilates
We have two classes aiming at improving your posture, balance and mobility.
Our stretch and recovery class focuses on flexibility; preparing your muscles for your fitness routine and helping you to avoid potential future injuries.
Pilates is a low impact workout developing your bodies strength, enhancing your core strength and improving you posture and balance.
Open Gym
Our open gym allows you to train how you want, when you want. Equipped with free weights, running machines and resistance machines it is the perfect space to work on your fitness and train as you want.
New “Open Gym + HYROX Open Gym” sessions allow you to use all of our HYROX specific equipment to prepare for your next race.
