MILITARY BOOTCAMPS

We have designed our Military Bootcamps to help you train as we trained during our time serving with elite military units. These full body functional workouts will ensure you sweat, build strength and work towards your fitness goals.

These workouts are not about who looks the best; in the military it doesn’t matter who has the best body. What matters is who performs and who is able to adapt their fitness to any situation.

We don’t train to target one goal, we train to target all aspects of fitness.

We have TWO different types of

Military Bootcamp class, each

with a different goal.

 

MILITARY-FIT

Thursdays - 0700 | 0800 | 1230 | 1730 | 1830 | 1930

Elevate your fitness journey with our dynamic class designed to ignite your energy and propel your body into action. Our sessions are carefully crafted to elevate your heart rate and engage every muscle group using functional equipment and exercises, ensuring a comprehensive full-body workout experience.

In each session, you'll encounter a diverse array of training methods, from endurance challenges to targeted circuit training. Expect to conquer circuits, scale pyramids, embrace EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute), and tackle AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible), all designed to push your limits and maximize your results. Join us and unleash your full potential with every beat of your heart and every movement of your body.

MILITARY-STRONG

Tuesday - 0700 | 0800 | 1230 | 1730 | 1830 | 1930

Sundays 0900 | 1000 | 1100

In this class, we emphasise the importance of deliberate, controlled movements and the use of heavier weights to build functional strength effectively. Our focus is on quality over quantity, encouraging you to slow down your movements and challenge yourself with increased resistance.

Throughout our sessions, you'll have the opportunity to tailor your workout to your individual capabilities by working at your own pace with appropriate weights. Timed workouts provide structure while allowing you the freedom to push yourself within your own limits.

MEMBERSHIP

We have a range of flexible memberships to help you find what suits you best. No contractual agreements and the ability to pause your memberships*.
