Outdoor Military Bootcamps
Description
Our Outdoor Military Bootcamps are delivered by Ex or serving members of the British and Singaporean Armed Forces. As fully qualified fitness professionals our instructors use their experience of fitness in the Armed Forces to provide the ultimate Military Bootcamp experience.
During a Bootcamp session you can expect to be worked hard and pushed. Every exercise we have planned for you have different levels of progression to allow everyone to get involved.
We aim to provide a full body workout using functional fitness techniques that will challenge you to achieve the most out of your class irrespective of your ability or goals.

+ What kit do I need to bring?
You need to bring your Gym Kit & Trainers. Ensure you bring a water bottle, mat & towel; We have water despensers for you to refil your water.
+ Who are Military Bootcamps suitable for?
Our Military Bootcamps are suitable for all levels. We pride ourselves on providing high level fitness for all.
Our sessions will push you so make sure you bring your all!
+ Will I get shouted at?
We prefer to deliver vocal motivation. Our members work hard! We will get you to push yourself and encourage you throughout the workout.
Don't worry you will not be experiencing a brutal reconstruction of Military Training.
